EltaMD UV Pure Broad-Spectrum SPF 47 shields the skin from UVA and UVB damage during sun exposure. The gentle formula is quickly absorbed by the skin without leaving an oily residue and is water resistant for up to 80 minutes. Safe for sensitive skin conditions, including rosacea.

Great Sunscreen; Great Coverage and Waterproof
It's important to me to have a broad spectrum sunscreen and this one is great. Although it's lightweight, it's still rich and creamy and there's no stickiness. The zinc oxide in the product helps ensure that I cover every bit of skin that I want protected and boy, is it waterproof! It takes some work washing it off in the shower!

Nice texture but smells
I was happy to see this product on the market. It is light weight and not greasy. But the smell was terrible. It is very noticeable when applied to the face. I also received this product without a seal. I am not sure if that was the problem. The other Elta Md products have a seal. I emailed customer service twice and received no response. I am sending it back.

all natural sunscreen
I like the concept of this sunscreen - the ingredients it contains and those it excludes (parabens, etc.) plus its being very water resistant, but I find I like the Elta Sport sunscreen a bit better. I am active outdoors - on vacation and during the summer - so I need a strong water resistant sunscreen and I thought this might replace the Sport for me, but I think not. This version is a bit "white" and harder to rub in (I think that is the titanium dioxide, zinc only products work better for me). It also seems indelible and is hard to scrub off in the shower. However, if you are looking for a "pure" formula, I would recommend this one over other all natural ones that I have tried. I really like the whole Elta suncare line.
