EltaMD UV Pure Broad-Spectrum SPF 47 shields the skin from UVA and UVB damage during sun exposure. The gentle formula is quickly absorbed by the skin without leaving an oily residue and is water resistant for up to 80 minutes. Safe for sensitive skin conditions, including rosacea.

My go-to sunscreen for body
This is the sunscreen I reach for! It is not at all gummy or sticky. It spreads very easily - I use it primarily on my arms, decollete, neck and tops of my feet almost every day. And it dries nicely so residue doesn't get on clothes. It's a very comfortable sunscreen that is completely mineral but doesn't leave a white cast.

Good sunscreen but takes time to absorb
I'm allergic to a lot of things and I had to find a new face sun protection cream. This works great! No reactions. The only thing you should know is it takes some time to rub in but the white cast does go away after you rub it in. I'm moderately pale in case that helps you make a decision. I haven't gotten sunburnt while using this either so it's also effective.

i really wanted to like this, but it refused to rub in and left a white residue on my skin. took forever to actually wash it off as well -- really had to scrub. bummer.

Good body sunscreen
This is a solid choice for a sunscreen to apply on the body. Note however that it does not spread very easily so make sure you moisturize before applying this. Failing to do so will make it almost impossible to spread it around. It does leave a somewhat visible layer but the superior (waterproof) protection is worth it.

This product offers good protection but it does leave a white cast on skin. I would rather it go on clear or make me look tanner, at least while on a beach vacation. I’m mixing it with another product to use it up.

I've tried a bunch of EltaMD sunscreens and while they're great for sensitive skin, they do leave a white-ish tint on my skin. This was the case with this product too. Overall, 3/5
