Great sunscreen
My favorite sunscreen. Non-greasy, high percentage of zinc but no white cast. No breakouts either. The slight tint is great for everyday, I haven't been wearing foundation over it.

Best face suncreen
I wear this everyday on my face. It has a nice light coverage. No need for makeup just a little powder over it sets. Really great for sensitive skin and eyes. Most sunscreen make my eyes water but I this does not.

My favorite sunscreen
The UV Physical broad spectrum SPF 41 Sunscreen was first recommended to me by my dermatologist. It is a great product for providing an even tone for skin and provides sunscreen.

My favorite sunscreen
I like that the sunscreen feels light weight. Can wear just the sunscreen if I want to with out make-up, just use a little powder on it and ready to go.

Superb tinted sunscreen!
I have very fair, freckled, extremely sensitive and very dry skin and sensitive eyes as well. I read nearly all of the reviews before purchasing this product. The tint is not dark at all, despite it's initial appearance, and it blends easily and enhances my natural skin tone. the SPF ingredients in Elta are the ones I look for in a physical, or non chemical sunscreen. Because of my dry skin, I apply serum and moisturizer before the Elta, and sometimes a light foundation or spot concealer on top of the sunscreen. I didn't realize how much I like this product until I went on a last minute trip to Florida recently for a week, and in my rush to pack, I forgot to bring the very important Elta Physical SPF 41 tinted Sunscreen! As soon as I unpacked and realized my mistake I went to a local drugstore and read all the labels for their large supply of facial sunscreens. I couldn't find anything comparable or even similar to Elta, or even with the SPF ingredients of zinc oxide and titanium dioxide, with a total SPF of 30 or more! I finally purchased a 1 oz. tube of tinted sunscreen with chemical SPF, with a slightly unpleasant odor, that cost almost as much as the 3 oz. tube of Elta! Now I truly appreciate how wonderful Elta is! Highly recommend.

My favorite
I like that the tinted one almost acts as a concealer but with very light coverage.

Favorite sunscreen
I love how this product goes on and how it feels once it's on. The added tint is just enough to give a little extra color if you want to be a little more natural and not add foundation.

The only sunscreen I use.
This is the only sunscreen I have used for over two years and I love it! It leaves a smooth non-irritating, tinted layer on your skin. It never melts away or counter-acts with my makeup or any of the other products I apply. It claims to block both UVA/UVB rays and I feel with everyday use the pigmentation of my skin has not gotten any worse. It also washes away easily from my hands after application and at night upon removal.

Best Tinted Sunscreen
Sun protection is a high priority for me, for both health and cosmetic reasons. However, I am very particular about what facial sunscreen I use. I've tried many chemical sunscreens. They all caused me to break out and/or get into my eyes and burn like nothing else. I have also tried multiple physical sunscreens. While I've had better results with physicals, in terms of not breaking out or causing irritation, the truth is they all end up looking like I'm wearing a white mask. Not attractive. And I don't want to apply foundation/ base makeup over them because of the dilution effect on the sunscreen's effectiveness. Thus tinted physical sunscreens seem to be the answer to my facial sunscreens woes. I've tried an alternative brand, but I've found Elta to be superior for the following reasons. The pros: Extremely gentle formula. I can use it all around my eyes and it does not burn or sting. Doesn't make me break out. Spreads easily and evenly. Offers very good sun protection. I looked it up on the EWG Guide to Sunscreens. It's rated as Good in terms of UVA and UVB protection. Is also sold through doctor's offices, thus you know the brand leans more on the legit side. Color tint matches/ blends into my skin tone well. I have brown hair and green eyes. If I ever got any sun, I would have a medium (though on the lighter side) skin tone. I'm super pale though (I always use sunscreen if I'm outside) and this doesn't look fake or orangey. Provides good coverage. Conceals redness and blemishes very well. I just tap on come concealer and I have more than adequate coverage. Yet it doesn't make me look overly made up either. Large tube with a generous amount of product. One tube lasts quite a while and I am very liberal with the application. Has almost no scent (it's unscented). What little scent it has dissipates/ you get used to it and don't notice it. This is very big for me. I'm very sensitive to smells. I can't stand perfumes or anything with a strong smell. The cons: Rubs off. I have to be very careful not to touch my face as it will easily wipe off. Same for clothes. You can't get it on clothing. It stains! This rules out applying it down the neck or on the chest. It also stains my application fingers. I'm right handed and the skin and fingernails on my index and middle finger are slightly discolored due to applying the product with them every day. But this would not be noticeable to anyone but me! I only notice because I see my fingers (up close) all day. Have to double check after applying it near my hair line. I have dark hair and if I don't blend/smooth it in, it looks weird as you can see it in the hair around my forehead. Sweats off (not a sport formula). Must be reapplied after perspiration/ exercise. After multiple reapplications, product looks cakey and unnatural. After it has been on all day, it sort of clumps on the surface of the skin and can settle into fine lines. It just doesn't look smooth at the end of the day. You have to be careful not to squeeze the tube too hard when applying. Too much product can come out at once. You have to use more than just face wash to remove it at the end of the day. I have to use makeup remover wipes to get it off before I wash my face. However, this is not all bad as it's reassuring that the product stays on pretty well through the day. Bottom line... The pros far outweigh the cons. I just wanted to be very detailed in my review. I will continue to purchase this product as it has become an essential part of my daily routine. I can't say for sure if it will work with a wide range of skins types, as I've only tried it on mine, but I strongly encourage everyone to at least give it a try. I would recommend it to anyone looking for good sun protection from a physical sunscreen, but who also wants a cosmetically appealing option.
