New favorite mineral sunscreen!!
I've only been using this sunscreen for about a week, but so far so good! My main concern was pilling and breaking out from this product because I have very sensitive, acne-prone skin, but it goes on like butter & my skin hasn't freaked out from incorporating this product into my routine. This sunscreen has been so helpful for me since my skin always looks extremely pale from mineral sunscreens, so the fact that this is tinted has been a lifesaver. The only thing I'm not a total fan of (this is just a personal preference) is the lack of coverage because I thought that it would have the power to blur existing acne marks, honestly other than that I love this sunscreen!

I was a little reluctant to try a tinted SPF because it looked a little dark and I did not want it to look like I was wearing makeup, but I was getting tired of white casts from other mineral sunscreens, and chemical sunscreens irritate my skin, so I gave this one a shot. The tint is not noticeable at all, in my opinion. The other big plus for me was the amount you get. Buying other mineral SPFs felt wasteful because it was so much packaging, and I had to buy it so frequently. This one has a nice amount and costs relatively the same as multiple bottles of other mineral SPFs.

Best Fully Mineral Sunscreen
I've been using this exact product since my dermatologist recommended it over 10 years ago when I first went on Accutane. Since that time, I have explored the merrier for other fully mineral sun screens and there is no comparison: this is the best fully mineral sun screen out there. However, it does not escape all mineral sun sunscreen downsides such as texture. What I mean is that this sun screen will not absorb into your skin like a chemical sun screen. Rather, the minerals sits on the surface layer of your skin. Hence, mineral sunscreen. Thus, this sunscreen is not ideal for dry, flaky skin (e.g., starting retinoids).

I really like this sunscreen because it does not leave a white cast unlike the non-tinted versions. The tint is not too strong so it blends right into the skin which is great since I have a tan complexion. It has a very velvety feel to it and does not leave me feeling greasy or sticky.

Great physical sunscreen!
I have super sensitive skin and extremely dry skin (yay me!) and I just wanted to say this sunscreen is AMAZING!!! I put on a heavy cream moisturizer first, let it soak in, and then put this on. It doesn't dry out my face if I do that. I do wish there was a tad bit darker of a shade since this one still can look ever so slightly white on me (even though I'm pretty pale). Love EltaMD products and so glad they made this without niacinamide. I was using the EltaMD Clear UV and mixing it with the tinted Clear UV but after reapplying it the 2nd time in a day, my skin became super irritated, red, and bumpy. This sunscreen my skin tolerates well though so I hope they continue making it! (One little downside: it has a chemical-y smell to me. It goes away after applying but still it's there out of the tube.)

I have been using this sunscreen for a long time, and I've had some skin changes during the relationship I've had with this. It changed my life with regard to skin when I first encountered it. Then, I became a mom and my skin changed so drastically, I couldn't figure out what my skin needed. I actually stopped using this thinking it was the culprit for my skin woes, but have come to realize it was not only hormonal, but that it was my moisturizer.
