EltaMD UV Facial Broad-Spectrum SPF 30 Plus (formerly EltaMD UV Facial SPF 30 Plus) protects the skin especially dry and sensitive skin after microdermabrasion, laser and peel treatments. The lightweight formula shields the skin from damaging UVA and UVB rays and also moisturizes for a smooth complexion. Vitamin E shields the skin from free-radical damage to prevent early signs of aging.

- Zinc Oxide: natural mineral compound that works as a sunscreen agent by reflecting and scattering UVA and UVB rays

Great sun protection, nice texture.
My skin is very sun-sensitive and this product makes it feel like I have had no sun exposure at all. I usually apply it over a moisture. This product makes my face less white than other sunscreens with zinc oxide; eventually goes translucent.

Great invisable sun protection
I especially like the transparancy in the zinc oxide ingredient. Most products with zinc leave skin looking whitish. I like the way it feels on my skin, and the application is smooth, moist, but NOT greasy. I have rosacia and am careful about what I use. No problem with this product. The only complaint I have is related to packaging; see note below.

This is a great sunscreen and moisturizer. If you're looking for something that will act as both, this is it! This is more moisturizing than the UV Daily SPF 40. I use that one for summer and this one for winter. I love that there is no strong scent to this sunscreen so it can easily go under your makeup without smelling like you're supposed to be by the pool. It has invisible zinc oxide which means it will not leave a layer of white on your skin and alter the way your makeup color looks. I love all Elta moisturizers!

Great, light SPF for your face
Great product - very effective protection. It is light and not greasy. Provides light moisture. I usually use this product in the winter for daily face lotion and the oil free 45 SPF Elta product in the summer for even lighter coverage. Both soak in right away and don't 'sit' on your face.
