EltaMD UV Facial Broad-Spectrum SPF 30 Plus (formerly EltaMD UV Facial SPF 30 Plus) protects the skin especially dry and sensitive skin after microdermabrasion, laser and peel treatments. The lightweight formula shields the skin from damaging UVA and UVB rays and also moisturizes for a smooth complexion. Vitamin E shields the skin from free-radical damage to prevent early signs of aging.

- Zinc Oxide: natural mineral compound that works as a sunscreen agent by reflecting and scattering UVA and UVB rays
- Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid): retains moisture and improves skin feel by reducing flaking and restoring suppleness

Excellent Sunscreen and Moisturizer
I was a little nervous about changing my sunscreen and moisturizer, but my dermatologist specifically recommended this product. I have very sensitive skin and was worried about breakouts and redness. I had been using the same "chemical" sunscreen for a long time, and the doctor wanted me to change to a "physical" block. This product far exceeded my expectations. The first time I applied it, I initially thought it was a little heavy. But after a few minutes, it seemed to soak into my skin. And, like a lot of physical block sunscreens, there was no white residue. I've been using it for several weeks now, and it is a great product. I have had no irritation at all. In fact, my skin looks better!

Perfect daily moisturizer with sunscreen
I have been searching for a daily moisturizer with sunscreen that contains zinc and is not pasty white on my skin. My dermatologist recomended this product and my search is done. I use it daily on my face, neck and hands. It's great for slightly dry skin. I also use ELTA body lotion spf 30 on my body. ELTA does not dissapoint. Very happy with this product.

My HG Sunscreen
This is by far the best sunscreen I've ever tried. The likes of Shiseido, La Roche Posay, etc. don't hold a candle to Elta MD. This formula is moisturizing (although I do use a seperate moisturizer underneath) and completely soothing. Oilier skin types may find that they don't need another moisturizer at all. It has never caused any reation or breakout. This is also what my dermatologist uses after procedures. I've had several sessions of IPL and had Elta MD Facial 30 applied immediately after - no itching or burning ever - just amazing sun protection. I can't say enough about this product. I will continue to purchase it for as long as they make it.
