EltaMD UV Facial Broad-Spectrum SPF 30 Plus (formerly EltaMD UV Facial SPF 30 Plus) protects the skin especially dry and sensitive skin after microdermabrasion, laser and peel treatments. The lightweight formula shields the skin from damaging UVA and UVB rays and also moisturizes for a smooth complexion. Vitamin E shields the skin from free-radical damage to prevent early signs of aging.

- Zinc Oxide: natural mineral compound that works as a sunscreen agent by reflecting and scattering UVA and UVB rays
- Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid): retains moisture and improves skin feel by reducing flaking and restoring suppleness

Best sun protection!
My dermatologist recommended the EltaMD line of sun protection and it is terrific. The transparent zinc oxide definitely keeps the sun from damaging my skin and the cream moisturizes at the same time. All of this and no white, chalky appearance.

My Favorite Broad-spectrum cream
I like the product because it has zinc oxide which my dermatologist recommends. I notice that when I have sweat on my face the cream does not run into my eyes and burn them. I have been using this sun protection for quite some time and will continue to use it because it is so comfortable to wear--not greasy, doesn't burn eyes, and easily can be used under other makeup.

My absolute favorite when it comes to SPF
This is a nice moisturizing SPF for normal to dry skin. I am exceptionally dry so I use it over my serum and moisturizer. Many SPF products end up sucking moisture from my skin as the day goes by but not Elta MD. It hydrates, cushions and calms my skin. I like the fact that you can order this in a tube or jar and that it lasts quite a long time. I have had several dermatologists recommend this to me and I'm so glad they did. I know I'm getting excellent sun protection.

This sunscreen is moisturizing, great for sensitive skin and doesn't break me out. I use it every day and it is great for my acne prone skin. Just spent a week at the beach and did not burn and I use retin-a nightly.

Just got back from 95° Costa Rica with a TAN! I am fair-med, uneven skin tone/complexion and have a hard time w/most sunscreen & product in general. But not this time! Product doesn't irritate and is not oily, your face will actually feel very clean, even in high temps....the finish is matte, product unscented. I'm excited to try other EltaMD products. I don't think anyone would be disappointed purchasing this line.

A great daily moisturizer
The cream is easy to apply, goes on smoothly, and spreads easily. It's not sticky and absorbs quickly enough to apply foundation soon after. I have been a CeraVe AM user, but I like EltaMD better. Price is the only reason I might hesitate to buy it again. It's not high, but it's almost double what I usually pay for CeraVe.

My favorite sunscreen
