EltaMD UV Facial Broad-Spectrum SPF 30 Plus (formerly EltaMD UV Facial SPF 30 Plus) protects the skin especially dry and sensitive skin after microdermabrasion, laser and peel treatments. The lightweight formula shields the skin from damaging UVA and UVB rays and also moisturizes for a smooth complexion. Vitamin E shields the skin from free-radical damage to prevent early signs of aging.

Great Aftercare
I started using this after getting a laser procedure. It does not irritate my skin that is a bit sensitive and a bit red after a laser procedure. It also does not break me out - bonus! Love how creamy and easy it is to apply! This is my go to sunscreen after peels, microneedling, or laser treatment!

Great product
I absolutely love Elta md UV clear/daily sunscreens but decided to give this a try. I needed something I can use while out doing yard work without feeling like I was wasting expensive product. This works great for everyday use especially with reapplication. It is fragrance free but the smell is a little weird so it took me a couple days to get used to. Leaves a rosy white cast at first but once dries it's a beautiful healthy glow. I have not tried it under makeup but silky and hydrating enough that I'm sure it will work just fine.

Elta MD does it again
I use the UV tinted physical sunscreen, which I still like (though it is a little drying during the winter months). But I wanted an untinted sunscreen, since as much as I love the tinted physical - it stains. I tried this on my face and neck and I love it! No white cast for me (for reference I have a light-medium olive skin tone) It's light and moisturizing, sinking right into the skin and leaving a dewy, not greasy, finish. I was nervous about it being a mixture of chemical and physical sunscreen as I have type 1 rosacea and am hypersensitive to...everything. But no flare ups, no break outs, no nothing: just smooth, soft, sun-protected skin.

Really Nice!
I've tried both UV Clear Tinted and UV Facial and I prefer the UV Facial. I find that the UV Clear pills up and doesn't play well with makeup or other sunscreens, but the UV Facial is much more emollient, yet non-greasy and acts well as a base layer. It rubs in very easily and leaves no cast on me; however, I am very very fair so I may not be the best judge of cast. Also, of all the EltaMD sunscreens, UV Facial has one of the best prices per ounce. I think I'll try UV Shield next for the slightly higher SPF rating and similar price.

Great one-and-done sunscreen
I've been using this sunscreen for about a month now and I've really been enjoying it. On its own, it is a light cream that sinks into the skin without much fuss. It does not leave a visible white cast, has no fragrance, and I can use it on its own as it's rather moisturizing. It is after all meant to help with post-procedure dryness. I have extremely sensitive eyes that rule out many sunscreens but this has given me no problem at all. My only caution is not to use it after any product with silicones as it will cause pilling. Additionally, oily skins may want to look elsewhere as I do get pretty shiny around my t-zone when I wear this. But still, a great fuss free sunscreen overall.

New Favorite Sunscreen
I've been using the EltaMD UV Clear for a long time, but I wanted to give their other offerings a try. Like the UV Clear, this stays on my face and doesn't run into my eyes by the end of the day (seriously WHY do other sunscreen companies have such a problem with this?), plus it hasn't ever broken me out. It's a bit heavier than the UV Clear, however it's major benefit is that it doesn't pill under makeup like the UV Clear sometimes does! I love this one and will definitely repurchase when I run out.

Fantastic for Dry Skinned Peeps!
This is a fantastic SPF Moisturizer. It's definitely super moisturizing and will take a moment to sink into the skin. It does not seem to leave a white cast which is great, but also is probably because it doesn't have much zinc. This is an awesome product and value-wise is amazing if you get the bigger size with the pump. I used this on my face for a few years because I was so dry. It was a bit too hydrating in summer though. I switched over to the Elta MD tinted SPF for summer and am super happy with that because it's not quite so hydrating as the SPF 30, but I don't have to add any moisturizer underneath it either. Great for sensitive skin.

My daily driver
I was first introduced to this SPF moisturizer after a laser procedure since it was gentle enough for my post-procedure skin. But it's so light and lovely, it's since stayed part of my daily skincare regimen, a year later. It's the last layer of my regimen - underneath goes a serum and a separate moisturizer - and it layers over everything very nicely. Also it's worth noting my skin can be super dry, so I use that separate moisturizer but on days that I'm rushing, I just put this over my serum and my skin is plenty hydrated. Overall, a wonderful SPF based lotion potion.

This combination sun block moisturizer is a great product. It's very effective as a block which I need due to hyperpigmentation. Keeps my skin well protected . As a moisturizer, it's light weight and absorbs quickly. It keeps my older skin very comfortable. It doesn't leave a white cast at all. It's also unscented which is a plus.
