EltaMD UV Facial Broad-Spectrum SPF 30 Plus (formerly EltaMD UV Facial SPF 30 Plus) protects the skin especially dry and sensitive skin after microdermabrasion, laser and peel treatments. The lightweight formula shields the skin from damaging UVA and UVB rays and also moisturizes for a smooth complexion. Vitamin E shields the skin from free-radical damage to prevent early signs of aging.

- Zinc Oxide: natural mineral compound that works as a sunscreen agent by reflecting and scattering UVA and UVB rays

My favorite sunscreen

Great Product
I have used different Elta MD sunscreens for many years and love them all. The UV Facial is my favorite. I use it every day rain or shine. At 60 years old my skin is very dry and this sunscreen is light yet very moisturizing. Elta MD products are the best!!

This product goes on clear and smooth. Even with its thicker viscosity/sunscreen-like texture, It does not leave a film like texture once applied to the skin. I am 31 and have dry skin for multiple reasons. I can't say this is a super moisturizing product, so I apply a touch of Aquaphor before applying the UV Facial sunscreen and all is well. I have tried the UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 1.7oz, and it has a thinner texture, not so sunscreen-ish, but I still like the UV Facial product. I feel you can't go wrong with an Elta MD sunscreen.

Nice sunscreen for normal to dry skin
I love Elta MD, their products are always great. However, I have combo skin and this sunscreen benefits those who have normal to dry skin the most. It feels nice but makes my T-Zone a bit too shiny.

I love that this goes on smoothly and doesn't ball up if you have other products on your face like serum. It's also quite sheer for a mineral zinc sunscreen which is nice. Sometimes they leave you with a white mask.
