EltaMD UV Facial Broad-Spectrum SPF 30 Plus (formerly EltaMD UV Facial SPF 30 Plus) protects the skin especially dry and sensitive skin after microdermabrasion, laser and peel treatments. The lightweight formula shields the skin from damaging UVA and UVB rays and also moisturizes for a smooth complexion. Vitamin E shields the skin from free-radical damage to prevent early signs of aging.
Key Ingredients:
- Zinc Oxide: natural mineral compound that works as a sunscreen agent by reflecting and scattering UVA and UVB rays
- Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid): retains moisture and improves skin feel by reducing flaking and restoring suppleness

This product was recommended by my dermatologist and it fitted perfectly to my skin type. I have sensitive skin with hormonal acne. I use it a few times a day after retinol and antibiotics. It a little bit on the dry side, so I have to use additional moisturizer right after retinol. But overall, the best sunscreen I tried so far.

I have tempermental reactive skin and this sunscreen does not irritate my skin or cause flair ups. I apply this as the last step after skin care and before foundation. It is very moisturizing so it's best to let it dry a little before applying makeup. I find I like the little extra moisture it adds so my skin doesnt look too dry or matte. I would highly recommend this product specifically for those with reactive or sensitive skin.

EltaMD's sunscreen products are definitely the best ones out there. The UV Facial Broad-Spectrum SPF 30 Plus is truly great - If you have incredibly sensitive skin prone to dryness I highly recommend this product. I have recently bought another tube to give to my father who has had extensive facial surgery (due to skin cancer) and this really is the best product for him.
