I apply sunscreen daily, rain or shine, and it will come to no surprise to you that not all sunscreens are created equally. Most sunscreens that offer 40+ SPF and are mineral-based are thick and leave a cast--- not this one! This is so light (due to the combo of mineral + chemical ingredients) and I cannot feel it on my face after application. I apply it as one step, acting as my moisturizer and sunscreen protection in one (I have combo to dry skin). The price is relatively high for comparable products in the EltaMD line (think UV facial as a comparison with 30+ SPF), but I like the bottle and product so much that I have re-purchased this one. Give it a try!

Great texture and coverage

One of my favorite sunscreens
As someone who lives in the desert, a good quality sunscreen is key. This is one of my holy grail sunscreens. Texture is great, applies easily without having to work into the skin too much to absorb and doesn’t leave a white cast. I took off a star because it does leave my face shiny which, as someone with combo/oily skin, is not ideal.

Great Sunscreen for your face!
I read a lot about Elta Sunscreen and I thought I would try it. I have recently moved to the Desert and a Sunscreen is a must have. Others that I have tried are greasy and very white. This product is light in texture and does not have that greasy feel or that white cast. It looks perfect under makeup. I highly recommend this product.
