EltaMD's UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 - Tinted calms and protects sensitive skin types prone to discoloration and breakouts from the sun's harmful rays. The universally flattering tint blends to match your skin tone and mask discoloration and breakouts to give you a smooth, flawless-looking complexion. Healing niacinamide alleviates inflammation to calm your acne flare-ups and helps decrease signs of hyperpigmentation.

- 9.0% Transparent Zinc Oxide: protects the skin against damaging UVA (aging) and UVB (burning) rays
- 5% High-Purity Niacinamide (Vitamin B3): helps reduce the appearance of blemishes, discoloration and photo-damage

Good for tan skin.
This sunscreen works really well on my tan summer skin tone but in the winter when my skin is on the lighter side it makes me look a bit orange. It doesn’t pill though unlike the untinted one.

EltaMD UV Clear Tinted is a welcome addition
We've been devoted fans of EltaMD UV Clear for 10 years and shied away from the Tinted version. My misperception was that the Tinted version would be orange. Nope-the Tinted version is not orange. It melts into the skin and adds a minimal blurring effect on the pores. Great last layer to seal in skin emolliments just like the unclear version.

No white cast
I have a medium/tan skin tone and this helps me put on sunscreen without having to deal with a white cast. Be careful if you're wearing white clothes or a light colored mask as this will rub off on them.

Uhh wanted to love this
I wanted to love this because 1. It’s a good sunscreen 2. It looks nice on the skin. I just couldn’t every time I wore this I got huge cystic pimples. Finally I realized I just have to toss it and it doesn’t work for me everyone. Super disappointed though because apparently celebrities and people love this.

Sometimes too tinted, sometimes amazing, always a must-have
When I'm tan and don't wear too much of this sunscreen, it looks great but I deff have suffered from the dreaded orange face when I put on a little too much. My solution is mixing some of this with the non-tinted kind. This sunscreen is top-of-the-line though so I slather it on every morning no matter what. So it's a must-have.
