EltaMD's UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 - Tinted calms and protects sensitive skin types prone to discoloration and breakouts from the sun's harmful rays. The universally flattering tint blends to match your skin tone and mask discoloration and breakouts to give you a smooth, flawless-looking complexion. Healing niacinamide alleviates inflammation to calm your acne flare-ups and helps decrease signs of hyperpigmentation.

I wanted a moisturizer and sunscreen but I break out really easily and have sensitive skin. I did a lot of research on the internet and eltamd came up as the top pick for an spf for sensitive skin prone to break outs. I loved that its tinted as well. I loved the way it looked on my skin and it didnt feel too dry or too oily, but unfortunately it made me break out pretty bad. I was really disappointed and am not able to use it anymore.

My Holy Grail
I use nothing but this! I finally subscribed here because the price and points are stellar. It may have a tiny bit of a cast (I’m bi-racial), but again not enough to outweighs the benefits. I find it extremely difficult finding a sunscreen that won’t make me look like an lifeguard circa the 80’s, but manages to provide adequate protection + won’t break my hypersensitive skin + great skincare ingredients to fight any hyper pigmentation I already had. So I’m kinda in love! If you’re having any doubts, I would try it for at least a month.

Smells bad and sticky
I have used this product for 3 weeks but have not noticed a difference. The product smells bad and is sticky. Disappointed as this was a pricey item.

Hate this; it pills over EVERYTHING
I adore this brand and their line of sunscreens. I like a bit of coverage, so I tried this after reading good reviews. For me, this sunscreen is too darkk (I'm tone LLL) , too sheer/not enough coverage, and pills over all skincare products. You can't mix it with anything to help with the shade, either, due to product formulation. Also, OMG is it shiny! I'm oily skinned, so I've got a natural glow. I suppose if the formula weren't so prone to pilling, an application of powder would tone down the gleam, but since EVERYTHING is already pilling, adding powder only makes things look worse. PCA Skin Sheer Tint Broad Spectrum SPF 45 is a *far* better product. EltaMD? Stick with your untinted Clear formula.

Seems to work well!
I was concerned about sweating this sunscreen off, and while I did try to reapply after heavy exertion, I never got burned on the hiking vacation I took through some very sunny areas. The sunscreen also feels non-irritating and applies smoothly. I wouldn’t mind a little more pigment but have otherwise been happy with this sunscreen for daily wear.

This is a product my dermatologist recommended to me, and it's one I use everyday now. I definitely prefer the tinted to the non-tinted version. I am very pale and it doesn't really add color, but it helps to not make me look pasty like the non-tinted one tends to do. It has a nice consistency, no fragrance, and lasts quite a while. Doesn't make me break out, although I haven't noticed it really decrease the discoloration I already have.

I love this sunscreen. I would say my favorite thing about it is that it's tinted. it provides nice minimal coverage so if your to lazy to wear makeup like I am this is a nice alternative if you are looking for minimal coverage.
