EltaMD's UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 - Tinted calms and protects sensitive skin types prone to discoloration and breakouts from the sun's harmful rays. The universally flattering tint blends to match your skin tone and mask discoloration and breakouts to give you a smooth, flawless-looking complexion. Healing niacinamide alleviates inflammation to calm your acne flare-ups and helps decrease signs of hyperpigmentation.

My Tried & True
I love this version of the Elta MD Clear formula. I particularly like it when I don’t want to wear and foundation/tinted moisturizer in the summer or if I’m going to be sweating in a workout class, etc. Not greasy, not heavy. Just a little bit of blurring coverage but still very sheer. This won’t replace a foundation.

I prefer the clear....but hear me out!
I have a fair complexion and this product has an orange hue. So, for those who have more color or self-tan their face often, this is perfect! I will finish out this bottle & continue to purchase the UV clear. I could see where this could serve as the stand alone SPF, coverage, etc.

Great coverage but not the best for oily skin
I love how this sunscreen makes my skin look at first. It goes on well. I'd recommend it more for drier skin. I have combination skin - t-zone and chin are oily and those look pretty shiny about an hour after applying this.

This is hands down the best sunscreen I have tried, and I have tried many. The scent is pleasant but not overwhelming, the texture is thin as it easily smooths over skin, it almost feels hydrating when applied. There is no white caste or pillage, makeup goes on well over it. While the tint does not hide blemishes or completely camouflage hyperpigmentation, it does lend in creating a subtle even glow. Sunscreen's often break me out and this one does not, I have oily skin.
