Effective, but not greasy
I live in Florida, travel out west and have fair to medium skin. I have grown up trying various sunscreens, but would stop (mistake) using them because they were too greasy. If the wind blew your hair often the hair would stay stuck on your face. Not a good look! Irritating as well. Elta MD UV Clear Broad Spectrum SPF 46 is not greasy. It is like using a light moisturizer. I use it in place of mine every morning. Broad spectrum is another plus. Higher altitudes means higher exposure to UVA and UVB. It provides great protection. I sometimes couple it with a sunscreen powder. Great product.

Great sunscreen for sensitive skin

Great SPF day cream
This is a non-greasy but moisturizing SPF day cream that leaves my skin soft and never irritated. It is great under makeup or by itself. I have Rosacea and this cream reduces redness and has improved my dark spots. I recommend this if you want a light but effective SPF cream for daytime.

Favorite new sunscreen
This sunscreen is now my favorite. It really does cut down on redness and works well under makeup or tinted moisturizer. It doesn't sting when you apply it. It has no pasty whiteness to it. I will never buy another sunscreen. In addition, it has no smell, which is a plus.

Sunscreen that finally works
I have combination skin that is oily around my T-zone, dry around my mouth, and normal on my cheeks. I stopped using sunscreen for a couple years now because all of the sunscreens I used made me eventually break out. This sunscreen by MD Elta is great for acne-prone, sensitive, oily skinned people. Even though I don't get active breakouts anymore (except for hormonal breakouts), my skin gets oily if I put the wrong products on my face, hence it gets prone to getting a few spots. This sunscreen gives a matte, natural finish to the face, gives no white cast, and keeps the oil to a bare minimum through out the day. It is fantastic. My only "complaint" is that around my mouth where it is dry, I see some dry patches through out the day. But when I put enough moisturizer around my dry areas, this sunscreen is the bomb. I do not recommend this to people with dry skin or even dry normal skin. But for oily and oily normal skinned people (or combination skin), this is great!

I love this product
I have been using this product for a couple of years now, since I was first given a sample by my dermatologist. I love it, it is the only SPF moisturizer that works for my super oily skin. This product is white, fragrance free and very lightweight. It goes on lightly and seems to reduce my breakouts and leave my skin with smoother appearance.

This is a really good sunblock and it does not leave you feeling oily but it does leave an overall shine that is significant. You will probably need to use powder over the top of it even if you don't have oily skin and even if you need to use lotion under it. It leaves and overall high shine that is dry feeling to the touch. The dispenser gives you just the right amount to cover your face in one pump. I use a chemical sunblock on my neck to reduce my costs and because my neck isn't sensitive to chemical sunblocks. We just need a water resistant option that is clear like this for sport use.
