I've been using this sunscreen for the last few years and I love it. As a person with melasma, I need a heavy duty sunscreen on a daily basis. This has SPF 46 but it's not heavy or greasy at all. It's nice and light.

I loved this stuff for years and now everytime I try it my skin turns complelty red swollen itchy and i have a rash for days! So bummed, I kept trying hoping my allergy would go away after having allergy treatment but to no avail, my derm believes it is the chemical sunscreen and said you can develope an allergy even after years of use without problems and sometimes it can go away, so i kept trying hoping it would work again so much so dermstore prob wont let me return it again sadly, I'm sure it's wonderful for most but be aware you can develope a sesitivitly suddenly and then be out of $ for a return…Keep in mind I'm allergic to a lot and my allergies have been isane over the past two years so i'm sure most people are not hyper sesitive like me,dermstore is usually excellent with returns though i guess I just overdid it because I'm not usto my skin being so sensitive because it's new for me…be cautious if you develope redness

Stings and itches, creates sticky texture
I gave a star to this product for being transparent, and another star for being a sunscreen, but I don't like anything else about it. I wanted to! First, I was stunned how intensely my skin itched and stung when I applied it (face, neck and chest), and I don't even have sensitive skin! I don't remember ever reacting to a facial product like that. Granted, it goes away after 5-10 minutes, and stops happening all together after about the fourth use, but when I stopped using it for a time, and then used it again, the stinging/itching process started again. The second thing I don't like about it (and which is the dealbreaker for me) is that it creates a grabby, sticky surface on my face that pretty much ruins my makeup application-my foundation looks cakey and crepey and doesn't blend like it should. Not even my awesome Smashbox primer could defeat it, even when I waited 20 minutes before applying the primer. I'm going to just use it for hiking, when I don't wear makeup, and when it's gone I will not buy it again. I prefer Neutrogena Clear Skin sunscreen, even though it isn't the zinc/titanium oxide variety.

I love it but the pump has been an issue
I have been using this sunscreen for a ew years now. I changed to the clear one this year, but I have noticed that the pump is bad. It delivers tiny spurts of the product and at times it doesn't work at all. It's upsetting because I have another bottle with the same awful pump. Why change something that worked just fine? beats me!
