Good for Acne-Prone
Many sunscreens clog pores and lead to breakouts, but as far as I can tell, this product is neutral. It hasn't led to more acne flare-ups, and provides a decent amount of sun protection. I only wish it were available in a waterproof version, but no telling how that might affect the acne-stricken among us...

I am always in search of the perfect sunblock. This came pretty close. It absorbs fairly quickly and does not leave a white cast. However, it is probably more well suited for dryer skin. My skin got fairly greasy after a few hours. The quality is texture of the sunblock itself is good. It's also a great bonus that it is fragrance free.

best sunscreen with zinc
This is the best sunscreen I've found out there. I keep looking for something better but keep coming back to this one. I like that it has zinc but it is able to leave the white cast minimal. It is a bit drying. If I try to put on a moisturizer under it, it will ball up and become a bit chunky ... Also my face is always a tad shiny all day if I wear this.

After reading all the good reviews I really wanted to try it. I have combination skin and don't like heavy lotion, especially in the summer. I use Vichy 89 serum first and then this Elta MD with SPF. It applied and dried to almost a dry crust. My skin felt uncomfortable the rest of the day. I will continue to use my Murad moisturizer with SPF.

I love this stuff. It goes on clear without leaving a white cast or weird residue. It moisturizes nicely leaving your skin prepped for makeup. I do have to use powder in my T-zone after putting this on as my skin gets too oily/shiny in those areas. Does not break me out. Has a very slight sunscreen smell, but fades away quickly.
