Favorite Clean Suncreen for Acne Prone
Love this sunscreen for doing all that it claims above, except for reducing shine - which I do not mind because although they do not mention this, your skin will feel super supple with a plump hydrated dewy look. Primes skin well pre-makeup. Living and working in NYC also means constantly being on the run commuting the city streets and subways which means smog+pollution and other icky things that will land on your skin throughout the day due to air quality. thankfully, this formula is thin, easy to spread, not chalky at all (I have a tan skin tone so white cast issues for me are real!), and non-clogging/non-comedogenic, all while adding hydration to amp up barrier health.

Not so good...
I want to like this sunscreen but the texture is not consistent. I purchased a couple times, couple bottles/cans have issues, the cream balls up and leaves white cast on my face. Not for me. I will use up what I have but will not purchase again.

My favorite sunscreen
This sunscreen goes on well and works well with most products. It can pill a bit in combination with heavier moisturizers, but I usually wear lighter products during the day. Doesn't make me breakout, which is great!

I liked the product overall but it was no better than Altruist, which I think is way better, nor was it any better than the Differin SPF. I like the product but $30.00 for a 1.7oz sunscreen that is no better than a drugstore product? No thank you. I won't be repurchasing.

A Great Facial Sunscreen
I've been using this sunscreen for a couple of months and the difference in my skin is noticeable. I was wearing sunscreen everyday beforehand, however I have very acne prone skin and everything I tried was leaving my face greasy or clogging my pores. Since switching to EltaMD I've noticed significantly less clogged pores. A few minutes after applying my face is almost completely matte and is not left feeling greasy. The only drawback I've noticed so far is that the sunscreen can leave a little bit of a white cast.
