Why so many good reviews?
I have normal skin. I believe in natural beauty and barely wear makeup. However, I understand sun protection is most important step. Based on so many good reviews and the recommendations from Dermstore, i gave this product a try. It might be a good product but It has an issue will stop me using it ever. It left white residues easily no matter if it's layered with or without any other product. I also tried gently patting it on my skin instead of rubbing, it still left something like an eraser does. I need a clean face to go out and I doubt the sun protection still works well with those residues. Never had this issue with other sunblock before( i used olay, Estée Lauder, cdp, mdsolarscience......)Very disappointed!

I do not feel like it changes the feel or look of my skin texture after applying it like IS Clinical SPF did. The cystic acne I started having after using IS Clinical SPF is gone since I starting using Elta MD SPF. I don't go outside during the day without this stuff on my face anymore!!

I've been struggling to find a good sunscreen that I can easily incorporate into my skincare routine. Unscented Pleasant on skin Absorbs fast (although definitely without the desirable matte finish, kinda dewy but so supple) Non irritating Great packaging and easy dispense I think it's THE sunscreen for me because it does not annoy me to remember to put it on.
