Almost perfect!
Don't get me wrong - I love this sunscreen and recommend it to all my friends. I love many things: the airless pump container, that it's a physical sunscreen (chemical sunscreens irritate my skin), how it goes on smoothly without any white cast... at all! It's never once broken me out and it's great for my dry skin. However, it doesn't dry down quickly and always leaves me a tad more greasy than I prefer. I've tried Elta's matte one and it was waaaaay too drying. So I've made a cocktail for my goldilocks skin: I mix about 1/2 a pump of this with SkinCeuticals Physical Fusion UV Defense SPF 50 and it's PERFECT!!!! The SkinCeuticals has a universal tint that is absolutely perfect for my skin tone and it dries down matte with no alcohol. Used alone - it's too dry for me but in the cocktail it leaves the perfect smooth dry but not too dry texture with just a hint of coverage that evens out my complexion. P.S. I tried the tinted version of Elta as well and it's too orange for me.

Different Results with Second Bottle
I am confused about this product. I LOVED my first bottle, it kept me shine free all day and didn't break me out or dry me out. Now I am on my second bottle and it's very different. I get very oily, very quickly after application and my pores get clogged more often. Did I receive a bad batch the second time around?

Amazing Daily Sunscreen
My dermatologist recommended I start using this sunscreen daily and I am so glad she did. I tend to have very oily skin and although this product feels a bit oily when it goes on, it settles into the skin nicely and leaves my face with a matte finish under my makeup all day (no midday oil blotting necessary any longer), plus there is no unnecessary fragrance added. I have been using it for months (all summer long) and didn't get burned on my face once all summer. This has replaced my daily moisturizer as well. Definitely recommend!

The best sunscreen available RN
Going to chime in with the general consensus that this Sunscreen is a holy grail product. I have sensitive acne prone skin and this product does not break me out. It is lightweight and has absolutely NO white overcast once blended in. I think it even improves the texture and appearance of my skin...I ran out of this product for about a week and I noticed when I didn't wear it my skin was MUCH more oily than usually. I think this is the added Niacinamide in this product, which controls oil and sebum production. Also, it is very gentle. I apply it on my lids and up to my lash line around my eyes and it never stings or irritates. Recently went on a kayak trip in 95 degree heat and my husband was complaining about his eyes stinging from sweat causing his Coppertone sunscreen to get in his eyes. I was also very sweaty but never experienced the stinging eyes from my EltaMD. I told him I'd let him borrow the EltaMD next time :)

Great Sunscreen for Non-Sensitive Skin
This sunscreen causes a reaction every time I use it on my super-sensitive rosacea skin. It has a terrific silky texture, goes on like a lotion, absorbs well, is very moisturizing, does not turn white, and wears well under makeup. But every time I use it on my face I turn splotchy red, have slight itching, and get a few tiny pimples. I use it on my neck and chest with no reaction and have been very happy with it as a neck and chest sunscreen. I use EltaMD Broad-Spectrum SPF 30 on my face with great results.
