Reduced redness
This cleanser is really nice. It cleans my face without making it feel dry after and it actually did help with redness. After I used 1 bottle I tried another gentle cleanser for sensitive skin and I realized how much this helped with my redness so I switched back to it right away.

Made me breakout
Although I use this brands moisturizer (which I love); the cleanser made me breakout, I was disappointed. Was not sure I liked the foam texture, but it did make my skin feel smooth and clean. I have mature skin and dry in the winter months it did not make my skin feel dry. After using the cleanser for a few weeks I determined it was the culprit that made me breakout in little red splotches and small pimples. It cleared as soon as I stopped using the product. This may be fine for other customers but it did not work well for me and my skin.
