Good basic moisturizer
This lotion isn’t quite as effective as the the thicker Elta MD body creme, but it doesn’t have the strange smell that that one does and it is much more affordable. I also like the pump bottle for easy application.

Does not seem to be “deeply hydrating.” I feel the need to reapply a couple times throughout the day. Does not help with my itchy dry legs.

Great Lotion!
It’s really hard to find a lotion that doesn’t leave a greasy film behind on my hands. The best lotion that I have ever used isn’t made any more…..of course. That had me searching every where to find a lotion to replace it. In my searches I found Dermstore and this lotion. It’s fantastic! I have also started buying my hair care products here too. This is a great website!

It's just ok!
I use the Elta MD facial sunscreen which came recommended by multiple skin professionals and I love it so I had high hopes for this lotion. It is just ok. It is unscented which I prefer but not super moisturizing.

It's ok - not for me
I really wanted to love this lotion since I use and love Elta's face sunscreen. Pros: It has zero scent. Cons: It does not feel very moisturizing.

Lotion is great, bottle not so much
Elta MD lotion works great on my dry skin. It has a light fragrance and lasts most of the day when applied in the morning. My biggest complaint is that after using it for two weeks, it no longer comes out of the pump. There is still lotion in the bottle but I need to turn it upside down and take the top off to access the lotion. It wouldn't bother me so much if I had paid $7.00 for it but at this price, I can just buy some GoldBond and get practically the same results with less aggravation.

Perfect Simple Lotion
Just repurchased my second bottle of the Elta MD lotion because I love it so much! It has a simple ingredients list which I greatly appreciate. And I especially love that there are no propylene glycol derivatives since my face doesn't react well to those ingredients. The texture is similar to most lotions and keeps my skin hydrated and glowy for hours. I do find that during the cold winter months I have better results layering this lotion with something more occlusive before bed. It's fragrance-free (completely scentless) and the bottle lasts me about 6 months. Overall, it's a great lotion for people with dry, sensitive skin!
