Great for Dry Skin
Very emollient but not greasy. I love the pump packaging for sanitary reasons and that there is no irritating fragrance. I use at night about an out after applying retinol and it keeps my skin from drying out.

Good product
This product has incredible barrier ingredients as the name suggests. The feel is lightweight and i used it under a retinoid followed by a heavy basic moisturizer. I have combo acne/clog prone skin that can get dry and sensitive. I feel it provided good moisture, however it did sort of sting when I was using a retinoid probably due to the enzymes in this product and my hyper sensitive retinoid skin. So if you have tougher skin than me and want a nice moisturizing serum i think you'd really like this product. EltaMD is a great brand

Not for me
I have sensitive fair skin and my skin gets irritated easily if the product contains alcohol or fragrance. Usually I have good experience with EltaMD family; however, this product was making my skin very dry and caused irritation even after two uses. You may want to reconsider if you have supper sensitive skin.

Great product!
I suffer from cystic acne and when I’m breaking out I use a pretty harsh topical cream, this product is an awesome way to repair that skin barrier when you’ve abused it with other harsh products. I’ve never had an issue with it and have been using it for four or five months now!

Excellent addition to skincare routine
EltaMD can do no wrong in my book. I use this before my EltaMD sunscreen as a light daytime moisturizer. Has no scent and smooths onto skin like butter. Wanted to add ceramides to my routine and must say this was an excellent addition.

Another excellent product from Elta MD! I use this at night after I cleanse my face. My skin often gets dehydrated and this has helped make my face feel more hydrated. It also dries quickly even though it is a thicker moisturizer. I would purchase this again.
