stopped after 2 months with zero results
This review should be taken with a grain of salt given that the product recommends 3-6 months to see results, but I couldn't in good conscience keep wasting my time and money when I was still shedding so much hair, with no new growth, after 2 months of daily use. The pills also have a very strong vanilla flavor which lingers in your mouth even after swallowing.

Made my nails thin
I've been using this for a month now and I've notice that my nails are peeling. I'm going to keep with it to see if this is just a temporary thing since I'm introducing something new into my system but if it continues, I will no longer be ordering the product.

Hair healer & miracle worker!
I've been using the regular Elon vitamins for years & decided to purchase the Extra Strength recently. The results are amazing. I have fine, wavy, dry, color-treated hair. For years I've been using blow dryers every few days after I shampoo - always on the lowest setting. I also use products to condition & protect my hair from heat damage. My hair never looked shiny or really healthy. After about 6 weeks I've noticed a remarkable change in my hair texture, volume & overall health. This product seems to penetrate the hair shaft making each strand shinier. I have shoulder length hair that tangles easily but I'm not using as much conditioner as I used to. I've also noticed that my hair isn't shedding nearly as much and I've noticed new growth at the roots. One of my girlfriends complimented me recently on my hair & said she doesn't remember it ever looking this good. I still take a lot of other vitamins but I think this product definitely targets hair health. Great product & I highly recommend it.
