I've been using vitamins for healthy hair growth for quite some time. Most of them need to be taken three times a day, not leaving room to take your other supplements (Calcium, multivitamin). Matrix 5000 is taken once a day and has all of the ingredients needed for health hair growth. In addition, it does not have an odor, like the other hair vitamins. In addition, this is my second bottle of that vitamin. I've noticed a huge difference in the hair quality. I get compliments on my hair all the time. It is growing quite a bit faster, which is good. Couple of years ago, I decided to cut my hair into a bob and I'm now growing it out. This vitamin has decreased the length of the "awkward stage".

I have only been taking it for almost a month, so far so good. I found that my hair is healthy and shiny but I don't know yet if it helps my thinning top. I guess you have to take it a bit longer to know. Incidentally I also found that my nails are stronger and grow faster. The pills are easy to swallow and has a pleasant taste and smell.
