The BEST hair supplement!
I have tried a lot of different hair vitamins in the past year and a half, since I noticed my hair was kind of thinning in my part. I have had silver, pink, blue and now purple hair, and I can say this has helped so much! I read other reviews and most people raved about it so I decided to give it a try. A little bit about me, I am in my mid 20's, middle eastern decent, and try to eat healthy when it comes to certain things and try to maintain an active lifestyle. My hair is dark, and very soft/ fine and was thinning probably since a year ago. Before taking these, my shedding was constant. I dreaded running my fingers through my hair, brushing, or styling without having to look at how much hair would fall. It was bad. I legit would see hair on my clothes, floor, all the time. After taking these vitamins, I instantly began to notice that my hair first had a lot more life, it was more manageable and easier to take care of. A couple of weeks later I noticed that my shedding decreased dramatically where I would have to do a double take and actually see that there wasn't any more shedding going on, probably a few hairs MAX. I did have a few more gray hairs come in, but that may be due to stress. I honestly feel like its making past follicles grow and start the process of new hair growth. I just purchased my 2nd bottle in hopes of finishing the total 6 month difference and seeing possible new growth. This is probably the only supplement that has worked for me!

I have taken Biotin on and off over the last few years. I think it has worked a bit but I was never overly impressed. I am on my second bottle of Matrix 5000. On a recent visit to my salon for a haircut my stylist commented on how much new growth I had!! I was so excited to hear that and it strengthened my desire to continue taking this product. Matrix was recommended by my dermatologist for my thinning, over processed hair. She said the hair loss could also be stress related, hereditary, post-menopausal or diet deficiencies (I am a vegetarian). She also said it would take about 6 months to see a difference. Taking it for 2 months now, and don't see much of a difference, except, I do notice quite a few very short hairs that have sprouted at the forehead hairline on one side of my head.
