Very Effective for Hair & Nails!
I initially purchased this supplement to help with brittle and peeling nails. My nails are definitely much stronger now, and I'm continually surprised at the rate of growth. I need to trim them more frequently. My hairdresser loves the effect on my hair! It grows more quickly and I've had to shorten the interval between my hair color appointments. Thinning hair is not a problem for me, but I do believe the volume has increased as well. The tablets have a lovely mild vanilla scent. This a fantastic product that lives up to the manufacturer's description.

I notice a difference
This is my third bottle of these hair vitamins and I notice a difference. In spots where my hair was thinning I see signs of increased growth and that was the whole point of buying these. I take them religiously every day. I also notice that my nails are stronger. This product does what it says, you just have to be patient and give it a few months.

Without a doubt this works for me
Back in January or February, I ran out of this vitamin and I just did not bother reordering. Within a month or so my nails began snapping off and I began to get more fall out when I washed my hair. Fast forward to June. I reordered this just to see if it was my imagination or did this stuff really make a difference. Turns out, it did. Within a little over a month and a half, my nails have stopped breaking and snapping off and I have very little fall out in the shower anymore when I wash and condition my hair. My hair seems thicker and shinier and more manageable now. It also seems to help my skin some as well, it seems a little on the firmer side. I am 52 and all my hair, skin and nail woes are all because of menopause and this has helped counteract some of that. Now that I was paying attention I was very surprised that it made that big of a difference. This product actually works, whereas, most hair, skin and nail vitamins do next to nothing in helping combat these issues, it's just a way for the companies to make easy money because people believe their claims. I tried another supplement for 2 months before I went back to this and it made nary a difference. I have learned that I will stick with what I now know works. I can, and in good conscience, recommend this product.
