I've tried everything
This is another failure for me. My hair is suffering so much and this product did nothing to help.

Not a miracle worker but a great product
I've gone through two bottles of this product now and I can absolutely see a different. I have very fine, damaged hair and since using this it has been growing longer more quickly and is a little bit thicker, as well. Don't expect magic, but these pills do help!

I started taking this because I have very fine frizzy hair that seems worse in the summer because I work out a lot and sweat a lot, which is not good for my hair. Headaches.
Everytime I take one of these supplements I get a headache. It doesn't matter what I take them with, I always get a headache. The only positive I can add is that the pills smell like vanilla which is nice.
