Disappointed but hopeful
I started taking this brand as it was recommended to me by my dermatologist. But, unfortunately it is not helping the constant breakage. I still take them and pay more money for this biotin because I figure it might be better than not. Hopeful nonetheless.

Early impression
So far I've only been using this product for about 2 weeks, so I'll definitely update later on after longer use. So far no noticeable difference in my skin or hair, but the vitamin itself is good. Little large if people have trouble swallowing larger pills, but it actually has a pleasant aftertaste.

This is the best. I have been getting these vitamins for almost five years. The results are impressive. My hair has grown more in length and volume. The hair shaft is thicker, shinier, and more resilient. The hair looks and feels stronger, less breakage. I do not use a blow dryer to dry my hair and that's why my hair looks better now than before. You need biotin
I have added this vitamin to my regime along with a collagen supplement and my hair has grown much faster and thicker over the past 3 months. Packaging should be more bio friendly these days.

No change in hair
I bought these pills for my son. His hairs been thinning the last several years with no explanation. There is no balding of anyone in my family or his fathers. His doctor advised to try supplements since not hereditary. With the above being said, no change or improvements since taking these pills. He took the whole bottle and still thinning. We didn't expect hair growth, but at least stopping the thinning. On the bright side, the pills didn't make him sick or have any other side effects. 2 stars cause it's possible he may need several bottles and we jumped the gun. Based on the other reviews only 1 bottle was needed for results. Also, the price was good, if they did work. My son is very-very young, so we will move on to more intense supplements.
