These are the Holy Grail Multivitamin for healthy hair!
It took around 2 months, but after that continually usage my hair grew back. I was on meds that made my hair fall out, thinning my hair terribly....and then I did a bunch of research and found this! Doctor made! It REALLY works! I'm happy, but please know that noticeable hair growth takes awhile, so stick to it!

Does What It Claims
I've been taking this product for about a month, always with food. First couple of days, it gave me a headache, but that always seems to be the case with any new multivitamin I introduce into my diet. After those initial couple days, headaches are gone. With that part out of the way, I have noticed a slight increase in new hair growth and fullness. Nothing major or to write home about, but I wasn't expecting a miracle. I will keep taking in hopes of seeing further improvement.
