In the morning, apply a tiny dot to cleansed bare lips and surrounding lip area. Start smoothing on outside the lipline and spread all around the mouth, then blend over lips. Let dry thoroughly. Reapply before lipstick throughout the day.

Not the same as the lip balm
I think this product is great for lipstick because it smooths out the surface of your lips but I was actually looking for the lip balm that heals your lips. Just know they are different products!!

No more bleeding lipstick!
