• Matcha Tea: a stone-ground powdered green tea traditionally used in Japanese tea ceremonies. The leaves used for this extract are harvested from tea shrubs mainly cultivated in Japan. Matcha is well known to contain various vitamins and minerals but is most prized for its antioxidant properties
