Not for oily skin

I received this in my Beautyfix box. While it feels fantastic it isn't for my oily skin. By mid morning my foundation was blotchy and/or coming off. I will try it again in the winter when I'm a bit dryer.

Just so-so

The 'luminizing' factor is pleasant; a little glow without a ton of sparkle. Was apprehensive at first but ended up liking that about this. What I didn't like was that it settles in every fine line or corner on my face. The only other product that it even remotely cooperated with was a medium coverage CC Cream. Any full coverage foundation I tried ended up splotchy by the end of the work day. I found myself taking a blending sponge to my face to try to re-blend almost every evening. Isn't this is one of the things that a primer is supposed to prevent? I love other Dr. Brandt products, but this one is a dud.

LOVE THIS PRIMER!

I love this Primer. It makes my face look flawless. I use this also before I goto the gym. It just makes my face look complete without having to wear any makeup! I will continue to purchase!

Luminizer Primer

It blurs my pores and reduces the redness look on my chin. It gives a little bit of a glow. Great product to use on my dry skin.

So Luminous!

I don't usually wear makeup, so I put this primer on alone. It truly is luminous and lit up my face. I am 62 so it gave me a youthful glow. For me this looks much better than makeup, as makeup can age a more mature skin.

I didn't expect to like this....

It's gotta be good if it's going to replace my Hourglass Mineral Veil Primer but this is a really nice (cheaper) replacement. I received this in my BeautyFix box and I put off trying this out but I am pleasantly surprised. I use this and then put on Paula's Choice Primer with SPF and it's a great combo. I wear Dermablend foundation and it all pairs together beautifully! Plus it was a full size product in my BeautyFix box so it will last me quite a while which is another bonus!

It works ok

I like almost everything that's from Dr. Brandt. But I have to admit that I've tried better primers that have worked better on my skin. It still works and I'm still using, I'm just not as impressed is all. I think it all just depends on your skin

My all time fav!

I got this in my beautyfix box and i was very happy to as this is the only primer i use already! It is great for fine lines and gives such a smooth look.

Oily/Combination Skin? Refrain.

I received this product in May's BeautyFix box. I used it a couple of times in Vegas and was NOT impressed. I was an oily mess by the afternoon. I gave it another chance when I got back to Los Angeles, still an oily mess. I really wanted to like this product considering the brand's reputation but it just didn't happen for me. I can see this product being very useful on dryer complexions. The formula is very creamy and slightly iridescent.

Great primer!!

I received this primer in my BeautyFix box and it works great! I see that some people found that it made their skin look greasy as the day went on, but I did not find this to be the case with me. I will say though, I do not have oily or dry skin, so that may be why it worked for me. It made my skin look flawless and so slightly luminized. I thought it worked great!
