Not seen much improvement to boast about
I have had this product for over 8 months now. So if there was going to be nay improvement, it would have happened by now. I used it almost every day except for maybe fr a handful of days that I skipped it. I don't think I have noticed much difference. Maybe my acne is reduced by I still get them. Wrinkles around the eyes are still there, skin texture is so so. Neither the dark spots nor the acne scars have gone lighter or have looked better than before. The lights are upper bright so I actually cover my eyes with small eye patches to protect my vision. I made sure these patches didn't cover the skin under my eye or around the eye so that I would get the benefit of these led lights. The band to keep it around the head is very flimsy and comes off so I had to add my own elastic to it to keep it in place. How effective has it been? I have gotten two Sculptra treatments in my face and the RN suggested I do a third vile which I am debating on. Also I am scheduled for a lighter laser treatment for my face. That is how useless this device has been. At some point we should stop buying these gimmicky devices that promise everything and delivery very little.

Starting to see results
I have been using this for about 3 weeks, 2x/day everyday with the red and blue light. I didn't see much at first, but about 10 days in I started seeing some improvement to my acne scars and overall skin tone. I like the 3 minute combo light, but I do think that requires more frequent charging. Hoping for continued progress.

Not as effective as lightstim
I have the lightstim one and have had great results. But since it's a handheld showerhead style, it takes 20+ minutes if you wanna cover entire face + neck. I thought this Dr Dennis gross one would solve my problem so I purchased it. I used it everyday for 5 weeks. During the 5th week, I paid a visit at my normal med spa for analysis and a facial. It showed that my skin condition had gone backwards with many more red spots. I stopped using it and went back to my lightstim. Two days later my husband could tell an obvious improvement in clarity and texture. In the picture I placed the two side by side and you can see that due to the structure of the mask, it has significantly less density in LED light bulbs compared to lightstim, maybe why the difference. I returned this mask.

Arrived USED and damaged
I will update this review if I receive an undamaged, unused product that works. Otherwise, this review stands: The mask arrived scratched and covered in someone else's fingerprints - and I'm pretty sure the brown smudge at the base of the nose is makeup. Moreover, the rose gold plastic that covers the nose was separating from the mask - an indication of either repeated use or poor quality. I would love to believe to the stellar reviews, but how can I even give this product a chance if I receive damaged goods? Also, it's a little disconcerting that the plastic separates so easily. I don't know if Dermstore is shipping returned/used items or if this is the manufacturer's refurbished item. Either way, quality control was 100% absent in my case. I paid for a brand new, unused product, and I got something that has obviously seen better days.

Effective!
I have been using this daily for over 2 months, and I have noticed an improvement in my acne and even more in my scarring and redness. I love light therapy! Before this I was using the Light Stim for acne. If you are debating between the 2, I definitely recommend this mask. I know it's a lot more money, but it is worth the investment. With the light Stim, you are tethered to an outlet and it takes 30 mins to treat your whole face. This mask is just 3 mins and is wireless. You only have to charge this once every few weeks. The reason I'm giving this 4 instead of 5 stars is purely because of the piece of junk strap. My original strap broke within a month of owning the device. I contacted the manufacturer, and they sent me a new one. The second one also broke within a month! I'm not rough with this and I don't have a big head lol. Just the clasp on it that secures it your head, is really cheap. I hope they improve this. I would even buy a new improved strap if it were available. For now I give up and will just continue holding it to my face.

Replaced pro laser treatment
This is expensive. But much less expensive than a single round of laser treatment. So I gave it a try. I love it! My skin has never looked better. I was looking at photos from four or five years ago and my skin looks healthier and younger now than then and I am only in my early thirties. If you are feeling desperate or just want better skin give this a go.
