DRx Blemish Solutions ™ Clarifying Mask (formerly known as Dr. Dennis Gross Acne Solutions Clarifying Colloidal Sulfur) features a kaolin clay base that draws out dirt, oil and other impurities without causing dryness or irritation. Powered by colloidal sulfur, this facial mask penetrates deep into your skin to neutralize acne-causing bacteria, while bentonite absorbs excess oil. Extracts of prickly pear, willowbark, rosemary and licorice root calm inflammation and minimize pores while vitamin A reduces future breakouts.
Cleanse skin thoroughly before applying and apply a thin layer to the affected area one to three times daily. Leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse. May be worn overnight & washed off in morning. Suitable for use on face, chest and back. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce frequency of application.

Blemish mask
I really enjoy Dr. Dennis Gross products in general, so I assumed I would also like this mask. I use the mask regularly (especially now with maskne!) during the day if I am not going anywhere as well as overnight. If you are sensitive to scents or sulfur, beware this mask does have a strong smell, but I don't mind it. I read that some reviews where people were complaining that this stained their sheets and pillowcases, I have not had this problem, but the smell does linger on bedding. I have only used this mask as a spot treatment and feel that it does help draw the gunk and puss out. Overall, a good product, but beware of the smell.

Potent stuff
I am a great fan of Dr Dennis Gross products, and have found this to be one more product to add to my regular regimen. I am a devotee of clay masks, and so was especially glad to try this one. The tube lists a variety of ways to use this product (10mn mask, overnight treatment, spot treatment) but I've really only used it as a 10mn mask. It worked well, but it's quite potent-I could feel it working on my skin. I would caution people to go easy on the amount they put on their skin if they are new to clay masks, or topical acne medication. I'm giving the product 4/5 stars because I think the amount (1 oz) is a little skimpy for a product you're meant to use on your entire face. Especially if you were using it as an overnight treatment, where the tube recommends "a thicker layer", you'd run out of product fairly quickly.

Does the job well!
As much as I'd like to be the kind of person who consistently masks, sadly, I am not yet that person. However, I have found that this product works WONDERS when I use it as a spot treatment on problem acne patches. Most often, I will put on the patch before bed and by the time I wake up, my skin is already feeling and looking clearer. The scent is pretty strong and sort of smells like charcoal, but that isn't enough for me to stop using it. Definitely recommend!

Seems to calm the bumps down
This product is quick and easy to use and seems to calm the bumps down. When I apply at night and rinse off 10 minutes later the blemishes are smaller in the morning.

Awful! Avoid!
This stuff is disgusting. Not only didn't it work as an overnight spot treatment after multiple applications; but my pillow case, top sheet, and blanket absolutely wreak of sulfur. Washing multiple times on hot with an extra rinse does nothing to remove that terrible stench. The dryer even smells of it. If you are going to use this (I wouldn't) do NOT use it as an overnight spot treatment. Make sure your face is completely void of it before your face/body touches bedding and clothing. Don't say you weren't warned! Look elsewhere.
