Livened up my color
Refreshed my dull color during covid quarantine. It darkened my grays but did not cover them completely. Will stain hands and skin, I recommend using gloves if possible.

Don't waste your money
This did absolutely nothing for me. The John Frieda glaze/gloss is a much better option. I wouldn't recommend this at all, and the pump bottle didn't work for me very well either.

Strawberry - meh
The first time I tried the strawberry flavor on my blonde hair I didn't leave it on long and it didn't do much. The 2nd time I left it on for about 15 mins and my hair had orange streaks, even tho I combed it thru really well. It all rinsed out after 2 washes. 2 uses and half the bottle is already gone.

Best color
I have brown hair and was disappointed by the medium brown and dark brown colors of this gloss, but then I discovered the black! It works like I expected them all to work - you can leave it in your brown hair for just a few minutes to even out the color, or you can leave it in for the full 20 minutes and get pretty, shiny black hair without any brassiness. I recommend the black gloss for all shades of brown hair!

Covered up bad hair done at salon
made my hair very dark in spots that were orange and gross looking. Very simple way to cover up bad balayage done at a hair salon.. i wasn't able to get it fixed in time since coronavirus shut everything down but I'm so glad I came across this!!

Did nothing for my hair
I was so careful to read reviews and look up information to make sure I chose the correct color, and I was really excited to receive and try this product! But it did nothing for my hair. It didn't tone the color at all, and it didn't even make my hair feel more smooth or increase shine. It just did nothing. I tried it on both wet and dry hair. Ultimately, I wish I had returned it. Won't purchase again.
