Great product, shade could be better
I used this to help me transition from a blonde ombre back to my natural brunette color. This was the perfect shade for putting over my blonde. It went on evenly and didn't come out brassy. My only issue is that I would call this shade light brown rather than medium brown, but "medium" is a squishy word so it's not necessarily wrong

Works great but not actually dark brown!
I'm transitioning back to my natural dark brown color and bought this to help. All of the claims are true - the color works and sticks, leaves my hair feeling smooth for days, smells great, etc etc etc. That's all good. But the problem is the color. I would call it a warm medium brown. It's much lighter than my dark brown roots and I definitely wouldn't consider it a dark brown. I wish they had a darker color that wasn't black!

Not sure it leaves any color
I got this in the light blonde color - it is a nice product and moisturizes well, but I am not certain it left much color in my hair. I have medium blonde hair with natural highlights and grey. Some light blonde products leave color in the grey, but I am not certain this does.

Exactly what I wanted
This product is perfect for blending greys. I have brown/black hair with noticeable greys and after after 5 minutes, it definitely make a difference! I love that it feels safe and makes my hair soft as well. Definitely does dye hands, so wash them immediately or wear gloves!

Exactly what I wanted
I have dark brown hair with a pretty significant grey streak (think Stacy London). I wanted to maintain my natural color while toning the white down a bit. This did exactly what I wanted - the first time I only left it on for about 5 minutes, but it definitely blended my greys and made them more of a light brown color. I love that it feels non-damaging and not "risky". I also had been having a hard time finding hair color products that were cruelty free, so very happy about that as well!
