I love this stuff
This stuff is incredible! I love how it cleanses my scalp and my hair. It takes all of the build up off, and prepares my hair for deep conditioning.

Interesting product

Clean your hair
Apple cider is a great natural product, however the smell can be quite strong and a bit unbearable if this is your first time using it. This scrub lasts quite a while since I only use it once a week. I would get a separate spoon so it doesn't get contaminated.

Hard to use
This stuff makes my scalp and hair feel great but the time it takes to try and get it on my scalp and massaged in. I have tried to do it with hair dry and hair wet. It's messy and I feel like I wast a ton of it just trying to get it on my scalp. Even after I put what feels like the proper amount on my head, the salt doesn't stay close to your scalp for long. The process of this is more tedious than shaving your whole body (nooks and crannies included!). Ugh. I wanted to love it because it doesn't make my hair and scalp feel great but the effort required for this is a nightmare. I end up with a bunch of salt pieces and a whole lot of my hair in the bottom of my shower. I don't think I would recommend this product based on the above even as nice as it makes my hair.

Great scrub
I have dandruff and a lot of it. I've seen a dermatologist and she recommended a shampoo but it didn't work. Well this works so fast and effectively!

Hard to use
I am one of those weirdos who loves the smell of vinegar, so I did not mind that at all. I have decently thick hair, so I had challenges getting the salt to my scalp. Maybe I was just using it wrong, but I tried several times and just ended up with salt in my hair.
