I had been needing this. There was a lot of build up on my scalp and it was really flaky. It felt good on my scalp with just a little bit of scrubbing and you'll feel when it was ready to rinse off. I think I will be using this monthly. It's worth the price and better that dandruff shampoo.

I'm not a fan
This didn't work for me. It didn't really do much for my scalp and I found the smell really unpleasant. I'm a vinegar fan in general, so I don't think it was that particular smell. I think it may work better for people who don't have crazy thick hair like I do.

Difficult to Apply
I have medium length, thick hair and I found this difficult to get onto my scalp. I have been giving this to my husband and son to use on their heads. It does smell a bit like ACV, but no more than the Hair Rinse. I prefer the Hair Rinse and will not be repurchasing the Scalp Scrub.

a little drying
it does a very good job exfoliating your scalp but i found it quite drying. I had to follow this up with a deep conditioning treatment for my hair not to feel like straw afterwards. For that reason I only used it a couple of times a month rather than regularly to exfoliate
