Cleans my scalp very well. Adds volume in my hair. Smells pleasant, although you can tell it has ACV in the rinse. I use it once a week. More than that will dry out my scalp.

Like it's stated on the instructions, you can't expect a lather. My hair was super soft and pretty fresh right after the shower. But I did realize that by the next day, my hair was already a bit oilier than it usually is after I wash it. I've only used it once for now. I'm unsure if I can tell if it's deep-cleaning my scalp.

In full disclosure I used one time. But with that said, my hair felt cleansed, smooth, and blew out beautifully. I am giving 4 stars because I was not a huge fan of the scent. I have to wash my hair almost daily from working out so I am hoping this can prolong my time between color treatments.

Didn't Work for Me
I liked the concept of this product, but a similar result can be created with products in your pantry. I didn't find this could replace shampoo even sporadically because my hair would not get clean. It's good for more of a spot treatment for scalp issues, but that doesn't justify the cost.

I have very fine, medium length hair, and I'm always looking for products that won't wear my hair down but also won't increase breakage. I bought this because I read about it in a magazine. I used the whole bottle, but only because I paid for it. This product was no more effective than any other volumizing shampoo or conditioning hair rinse. I think it's only popular because the whole apple cider vinegar gimmick is popular right now. No need to try, stick to your favorite products!
