Staple Cotton Pads
These are great cottons pads that I buy whenever I can get them on sale. They have a nice, smooth texture and are absorbent without being messy. Unlike cheaper products, the pads don't shed bits of cotton when they're dragged over the skin. I do wish that more pads were included per box. One other thing to note is that DHC's Silky Cotton is bound at the sides and can't be separated into thinner layers like some other cotton pads. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but those who like a thinner pad or like to split one pad into multiple to maximize their use won't be able to customize these in any way.

really thick and prefect for applying things
These are really nice and the best thick and fluffy pads I've come across. They are made like a little folder with a nice almost cloth-like cotton on the outside and a little cotton ball like cotton inside. I like to put two fingers inside and can run them across my face without touching my face with my fingers.

Thick and good quality
I bought these to use with micellar water. They are not as soft as another luxury cotton pad I've tried, but they are much thicker and hold more liquid. I don't feel like I waste as much product with these so that helps justify the price. They are also big enough I often use one half in the morning and the other half at night.

Iv'e gone through a lot of cotton trying to find the prefect one for skincare. DHC's is great for the price. Gentle enough on skin for cleansing and comfortable to use since it doesn't pill or leave residue behind. I isn't the softest I've tried, but it's still pretty nice.
