DHC Olive Soap gently cleanses using an antioxidant and vitamin-rich formula that fights free radicals and promotes collagen and elastin production. Fortified with olive leaf's naturally occurring coenzyme Q10, it removes dirt, impurities and excess oil, while fortifying the skin.
Wet face with lukewarm water. Create lather in palms, then massage face with foam to cleanse. Rinse thoroughly.

A bit harsh
I typically cleanse my face with the DHC olive oil cleanser followed by a drugstore brand cream cleanser. That routine fully takes off my makeup without irritating my skin. I recently ran out of cream cleanser and tapped into my supply of multiple samples of this DHC olive soap to use in its place. After using it as my second step for a couple weeks, it was clear that this soap is much harsher than a cream cleanser. My skin felt too tight after I used it and I had more irritation blemishes than normal. It also didn't fully remove my non-waterproof mascara. If you're the type of person who likes to use soap on your face, this is a fine choice. But if you prefer milder cleansers, go with the olive oil!

for oily skin only
this soap lathers really well, almost too well. it is unscented, and drying. it leaves a squeaky clean sensation, as is common with some asian cleansers.

Glad I got to try this
I received this as a sample in a Dermstore order. It is a nice soap to cleanse your face with without the irritation. It gives a good deep clean.

Non-irritating!
I used this on my trip and because I was so lazy some days, I only washed my face with this soap and didn't use any skincare products afterwards. The next morning my skin wasn't dry, so I think this soap has some moisturizing properties and I love that it didn't irritate my skin at all!

This is okay
Not bad, not great... I got this in a kit and it's not a standout product compared to the others, but it's alright. Because it is convenient for traveling I'll take it on vacation to use it up. Not sure I will repurchase.

WORST EVEEEERRR
I admit that my skin has been really suffering (probably from stress), and out of no where this winter, I started having awful nodular cysts that are RED and ANGRY and DEEP ,and I finally had to get on aczone, tret, doxy to control it. As a result, I have trouble searching for a cleanser that works and doesn't dry me out. Since my regiment is working, I now get one or two pimples monthly (before and after monthly cycle), but I used this soap once, and the next morning, I woke up with TWO angry cysts, in the middle of my face... the soap was EXTREMELY DRYING....and it made my skin feel soooo dry and tight and uncomfortable. :( worst part is this soap costed me 22 dollars and it's been 30 days so I can't return it :(

My skin loves it!
I use this soap to cleanse my dry skin in the morning and at night. It thoroughly cleans my skin and leaves it feeling soft and hydrated. Most facial soaps leave my skin dry and tight, but this is the only one that doesn't.
