After washing face and patting dry, apply toner to skin with hands or DHC Silky Cotton.

one of my favorite DHC lotions
this lotion is very gentle for any skin type. i have oily, acne prone, combination skin. i tried many lotions for acne, but they just make my skin so dry and uncomfortable, so i decided to go very simple. DHC has many gentle basic skin care products. this is my one of my favorite.
