Safe and effective
I've bought this many times now. It keeps my lashes long but doesn't really thicken them. The reason I buy these over other eyelash serums on the market is that they have safer ingredients and I experience no side effects. The only downside is that these turn cloudy real fast and you end up having to toss the tube out before you get to finish the entire thing. Seems like a waste and the only thing keeping it from getting 5 stars.

Never tried this type of product before
I purchased this item because I am a fan of DHC products and it served a need. My lashes seem to get stuck together a lot and applying this a few minutes before my mascara seems to separate them nicely. It is relatively inexpensive and coats the eyelashes with a clear substance. It is preferable to other brands like Lancôme primer, which leaves white gunk on the lashes

Not sure about this product …
I have recently received and tried it out. It does seem to help with the dry lashes. I tried using in the morning before makeup application and at night after cleansing and Revitalash application. My lashes look healthier. However, my eyes have become irritated and I am having to do a course of medicated drops. I am going to just let my eyes settle down and then try using the lash tonic just before applying mascara and not at night - and just use the Revitalash at night.
