perfect size
Hard to believe an oil cleanser that washes with water but perfect for dry sensitive skin. For those days your face feels dry and you don't want to use a foaming cleanser great for winter. I like using this at night to take off my mascara too, I have a hard time taking mascara off with anything else. I breakout easily but this is a more soothing oil than one I fear will gift me new pimples in the morning. It does look and feel like cooking oil, so you have to get over that lol.

Works Well, Feels like Olive Oil
This project does the job, I just don't enjoy the texture or smell (basically like rubbing olive oil on my face). Unlike some cleansing balms that can get away with being a solo cleanser, this requires a second cleanser. I do think I get an occasional breakout from this product.

Great facial cleanser
As my skin has aged, a good moisturizing facial cleanser has been difficult to find. I received a sample of DHC's Deep Cleansing Oil with another purchase and loved it! This cleanser is gentle to use twice a day and does not dry out your skin. It has helped improve the suppleness of my skin after 30 days of use. It did take a couple of days to get used to applying the cleansing oil on dry skin but that's a very minor issue. There is no scent to this product and just one pump is all you need. It is reasonably priced and lasts a while since you don't need very much. I highly recommend this cleanser for older, aging skin.

The DHC oil is thicker and feels somewhat "luxurious" on the skin. It gets all my face and makeup off without making my face feel greasy and by the time I'm finished with my double cleansing, my skin feels clean and ready for its skincare routine! My only complaint is that the biggest bottle is so small... DHC make a bigger bottle please.

I tried a sample of this product 2 months ago as a first cleanser and it works wonders. I have combination/somewhat sensitive skin and this is so gentle. What Can I Say About This Product That Hasn't Been Said Before!?
Who out there doesn't know about DHC Cleansing Oil yet?! It's a classic; I rarely will use another face wash. It's just so nice during these stressful times to take a few minutes out of your day and pamper yourself. I know, it's not the same as an incredible facial at a spa and these stressful days will continue on forever it seems (!) but it's important to take the time and the money and buy yourself some nice skincare products. At least I don't have to stress out about pimples!! There is no scent FYI, that is why I gave it one star.

Impressive! I'm Sold!
I'm very skeptical of skincare products - you have to be when you're spending a lot of money on them. I received a sample of DHC Deep Cleansing Oil and was wowed by how well it cleaned my makeup off and how well it rinsed off with just water and still leaving my skin soft. It also cleaned my eye makeup off really well although I'm a little wary of the warning not to get it in your eyes. None-the-less, I bought it even though I'm barely wearing any makeup nowadays due to COVID and not wanting to stain my masks. That's how good it is!

Best Shu Uemura Cleansing Oil Dupe
