Great oil cleanser
This is an excellent oil based cleanser and is perfect for removing makeup at the end of the day. It does leave behind some oil afterward which is perfect for me in dry winter months but might be uncomfortable for those with oiler skin. I wish DHC would come out with copies of this cleanser using different oil bases or oil blends.

My second bottle!
This is my second bottle, still loving it! Effective cleanser but feels mild, no pulling whatsoever. Obviously olive oil based so you can totally smell it. If you don't like the smell, you may not like this. It comes with a plastic clip-on insert to prevent from pumping - great for travel!

I love this product, leaves my face feeling really soft and clean. I was worried when I bought it because I didn't wear make-up, so I didn't know if I would get the full benefit. I was not disappointed, it gets rid of all the dirt and excess oil off my face. I will be repurchasing.

gets all the makeup off!
I was pretty skeptical of oil cleansers before I started using this one. I have pretty oily and acne-prone skin and am obsessive about what I use. I decided to give this a try when I realized my usual cleanser wasn't doing a great job getting my makeup off. It took so much scrubbing, especially for eye makeup. I'm glad to say the DHC oil cleanser has worked wonders for me! Now I can sleep easy knowing all of the makeup is off my face. It is important to note that I am always very careful to get all of the oil off of my face after using this. I also follow it up with my usual cleanser so I am sure no oil sticks around to make my skin worse.

Cuts through makeup beautifully
I am loving that I tried this cleansing oil. It cuts through makeup beautifully without leaving my skin feels tight. I used to work for/use Clinique and their Crystal Clear Cleansing Oil (which I loved); this reminds me of that product. We always recommended it for even the oily skins as we taught customers that "oil cuts oil." I personally can't use it for my eye makeup remover because I have an eye irritation I fight, but I am sure others can.

Feels great - cleans so-so
Smells good, mild and clean, but mostly like olive oil. While I liked the way my skin felt moisturized after washing, I found makeup residue when I wiped with a cleansing pad afterwards so that was a bit disappointing. I felt I really had to rub it into my eyes to remove makeup and I still had to cleanse a second time to get totally clean, so I will not be using as a daily cleanser. I do like it when I wear waterproof sunscreen that does not come off so easily. This helps to remove the initial sunscreen though I always have to cleanse again to feel totally clean.
