Alcohol-free liquid lotion prepares skin for targeted treatments and more intensive moisture while infusing skin with super antioxidant coenzyme Q10 that helps to fight against free radicals and environmental stressors.
This refreshing, fast-absorbing liquid lotion is gentle enough for all skin types, but particularly beneficial for those with mature skin. Infused with collagen, this formula promotes a firmer, youthful-looking complexion. It helps prepare skin to receive the maximum benefits from moisturizer, while fortifying skin with coenzyme Q10, plus organic olive oil for hydration and sodium hyaluronate which helps maintain the skin's moisture barrier.
In the Japanese beauty culture, few antioxidants are considered as powerful as Coenzyme Q10 in promoting skin's integrity and youthful appearance. This powerhouse ingredient fights free radicals and environmental stressors that can accelerate the visible signs of aging.
Ideal for all skin types, including mature.
After washing face and patting dry, apply lotion to your skin with hands or DHC Silky Cotton. For best results, use with other products in the CoQ10 line.

DHC toner review
I am enjoying using this product. It is hydrating for my skin and is not irritating. It does not have any scent.

Not a Must Have, But I Will Continue to Purchase
I've been using this toning lotion every day am/pm for almost three months now. This product is not a 'must-have, everyone and their mother must go out and buy it now, miracle product', but it's a good toning lotion. It does what its supposed to, which is why I gave it five stars. I use this after I cleanse my face and it gives me a nice amount of moisture, so my skin doesn't feel tight. It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin (I'm sensitive to the point that I have to shower using filtered water, but not irritable enough to have rosacea and naturally red skin, though it does get red and irritated with the use of certain products). It doesn't turn me red, or make my skin itchy or patchy, if anything it helps to soothe my skin. I started using this at the same time as a couple of other products, and my skin did improve (brighter, more even skintone), but I can't attest that this particular product was the cause of that. The description says that it promotes collagen and elasticity, but I don't think it's going to do much firming. I'm only twenty two, so I may not be the ideal candidate to testify how firming a product is or not. The real purpose of this product is to provide an extra layer of hydration and to protect your skin from free radicals, oxidants, and pollutants. If you're looking for something to immediately shrink your pores, brighten, and firm your skin, I think you're looking in the wrong place. I would recommend First Aid Beauty - Facial Radiance Pads, Pixi Glow Tonic, or one of the Biologique Recherche Lotion P50 formulas, if that's what you're looking for. Those will do the brightening, firming, and pore shrinking, but they won't protect your skin from free radicals. So what I would do is put this toner on first, and put an exfoliating toner (like one of the three I listed above) on second, or vice versa. That way you get all of the benefits you're looking for, with the added protection. The texture is thin and watery, but has a very very slight tack that goes away once dry. I'm sensitive to texture, so any tackiness, stickiness, or heaviness is a real turn off for me, though I'm not bothered by this product. You really only notice the tack if you touch your skin within the first minute of application, after that it is completely undetectable. I think the only people who would really notice, are those who are easily put off by texture like I am, but even then I think you'd be fine. For application, there are three ways to do it; with a cotton pad/ball, directly into the hands then patted on to the face, or transferred into a spray bottle and atomized. I've tried both the first and second method. I found the cotton method to be wasteful of both the product and the applicators, which is why I apply directly into my hands instead. With that being said, I think the optimal choice would be to decant into a facial spray bottle (which I plan to do). This toner is not fragranced (which is great, because fragrance additives are harmful to the skin), but it does have a scent. It smells similar, but not exact, to Drunk Elephant's C-Firma Serum or PCA Skin's EyeXellence. I am sensitive to smell, so I'm not sure how potent the actual scent is to a normal person, but I don't find it to be bothersome. If you are bothered, the scent fades into nothing once absorbed, so I think sensitive noses should be fine with this product. If you've tried DHC's Acerola Serum, the smell of this is considerably more tame compared to that. The scent doesn't smell inherently good, but it's not awful either. Again, if your products smell good, they're probably not good for your skin. For packaging, I think its nice. It has an opaque bottle that is light resistant, and the opening at the top is nice and small, which will keep the product from going bad for a longer period of time. The packaging is nice and sturdy, and though it's metallic, it doesn't leave fingerprint marks. I think the packaging could be better depending on your application method of choice, though. For the hand method, it's great. Not too much product comes out of the top when dispensing. Two to three shakes is enough for a full face and part of the neck depending on the person. I find it fine for the cotton method as well, but I can see how some would prefer a pump dispenser, just as those wishing to use it as spray would prefer an atomizing dispenser. I would say if it bothered you that much, just take the time to decant it into another bottle or screw on a dispensing lid that fulfills your needs. The amount of liquid you get in the bottle is substantial. I'd say I've only finished one third or one fourth of the container. It's still pretty full and should last until the end of the year. I'd recommend this to any skin type. Up until the past couple of years I've had super oily skin, and I think if that were still the case, I'd still like it. Those with sensitive skin that are worried about the glycol, should be okay. I don't think it will be irritable to your skin. It's gentle, and is far from the level of most high acid toners. Dry to mature skin types should benefit from the balancing hydration this gives. I would 100% recommend this, and am planning on buying another once I run out. If it's a product that interests you, I'd give it a go. But if you're on the fence, I would recommend buying the travel size version, or getting some free samples from DHC's website.

So far so great!
So far i am loving it, got it a few days ago and have been using it twice a day after cleansing. I love that i can pour it on my hands and pat it on my face and immediately feel hydrated. And then i continue with the rest of my skin care. I jus love the immediate hydration when using this! Only wish it had one of those caps you just flip up to dispense product. Don't like the having to turn the cap to open and close.

DHC Hydrating Spray
I've used this product in conjunction with several others so I haven't really noticed any significant difference but I have used the regular cotton pads and they just soak the product up so if you decide to try this product I would purchase the DHC silky wipes that are supposed to be used with this and has less absorbency.

Great Toner!
I use it twice a day after washing my face - it really helps restore some moisture and also get off any left over make-up or dirt

It's like magic
This is a serum/toner to use after you've washed your face. Don't use cottonballs because the serum is not watery enough to come off them. Just pour a little into your hand and use your fingers to spread it over your face. You'll see wrinkles get plumped out immediately and, even though the results will fade some by the end of the day, each day is better than the last.
