Not a Lotion
Why would they have lotion written clearly when it's not a lotion? The consistency of the product is similar to that of a toner. I bought it because I thought it was a lotion. Used more than half the bottle, but saw NO positive change. It literally did nothing for my skin; a bit disappointed

Super hydrating toner
I think of this as a toner/essence. It's very watery and I dab it all over my face and it makes my skin very hydrated. If you have dry skin but moisutizers don't help or give you whiteheads, try this.
