More work than relaxation
The mask has unnecessary flaps that you pull to open but they flop down or you have to have the in your hair. I had to continually pull the mask in place, it wouldn't stay and doesn't adhere well. I wouldn't recommend. It was worth the $5 to try though. It doesn't have any scent which is the only plus.

Worst mask I have ever used
I have tried many masks, but this one is pretty bad. I like DHC products and thought for sure this would be in line with their great product line, but what a disappointment. First of all, the mask would not adhere to my face while putting it on. The end flaps are totally unnecessary and kept flopping down. The mask has very little to no product on it. It felt like a wet piece of cloth and that was about it. Upon removing it, there was no difference in my skin appearance. I would not buy this product again. Very disappointing.

It is hard to find fragrance-free sheet masks so I appreciate this one. However, it was not as saturated with the essence as other sheet masks, and did not feel as hydrating because of this. There are better sheet masks for less imo.

Had reaction to it. :(
Definitely had an allergic reaction from this. I patch tested, waited 24 hours, had no reaction. Then I used the mask and as soon as I took it off my skin was super itchy. Other arbutin products did not cause this effect for me. YMMV as always.
