Dermstore Collection's Daily Mineral Sunscreen SPF 40 provides sun protection with a universally flattering sheer tint. This formula blurs imperfections without leaving a white residue on skin. Mineral based, this facial sunscreen shields the skin against both UVA and UVB rays, while vitamins C and E protect against damaging free radicals. Sun Protection Measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: Limit time in the sun, especially from 10 am-2 pm. Wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses.

Doesn’t work but looks nice
I bought this product in the winter and loved the application and finish. But now that it’s getting warmer I wore it hiking, reapplied a generous amount every two hours, and ended up with bad sunburns on my face where I used this and not on my arms where I used a drugstore sunscreen. Very disappointing, but I’ll continue to use it as “make up” due to the finish, just not as a sunscreen on its own.

Really natural, no white cast!
I really like this sunscreen. For it being a mineral sunscreen, it doesn't feel very greasy and it doesn't leave a white cast on my skin, which was a nice surprise. It goes on a little slippery and greasy as expected, but it dries down nicely and the tint doesn't rub off onto clothes or anything. I also think this is still sheer enough to work for deeper skin tones as well, I don't think it would leave a white cast.

Favorite facial sunscreen
This is my favorite sunscreen and I have tried so many!! My skin actually looks better with it on. More like a primer. Smooths skin tone. Applies well over other skincare products. The tint is sheer but enough to keep from having white cast as common with mineral sunscreen, although I do have a fair complexion so works perfect for me.

Love the feel of this product. I started using it in the fall so I haven’t used it on a super hot day, but it spreads so nicely, covers up a little bit of redness, pores, fine lines, skin texture. It has a silicone feel to it but does not feel slippery after applied. It doesn’t transfer easily to my mask like other tinted sunscreens. And the % of zinc oxide is much higher than other mineral sunscreens I’ve tried.
